Do I need to RSVP in advance, or can I walk in?

Please RSVP in advance. Space is limited, and the guest list is managed by email, so sending your name to heather.webb@strongautogroup.com is the surest way to hold a place for the evening. If the evening fills, we will reply to let you know.

Yes. Include the number of guests in your party in your RSVP email so the team can plan refreshments and floor space. If your guest count changes, reply to the same email to update it before the event. Guests are welcome to look through both vehicles with you.

What to Expect at the Q7 and Q9 Exclusive Preview

Our Exclusive Preview is a two-hour evening event at the Audi Salt Lake City showroom on Friday, November 27, 2026, from 5-7 PM. Guests can see the new Audi Q9 and Audi Q7 models in person, compare both cabins, talk with our product team, and reserve their vehicle to drive home as soon as it’s available.

The format is open rather than scheduled. There’s no presentation to sit through, and no assigned appointment time. Arrive when you can between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. and explore these two new SUVs at your own pace. Both SUVs will be in one showroom, so you can compare them side-by-side instead of across two separate visits.

Seating options: The Q9 is configurable with either six or seven seats. The Q7 seats seven, with an available six-seat layout using second-row captain's chairs.

From I-80 and Park City, follow I-80 west into the city and then take State Street south. From Heber City, take US-40 to I-80 and continue west.

If you are driving in from Park City, Heber City, or anywhere along the Wasatch Front, plan for evening commute traffic between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to arrive at any point during the two hour event.
