I have been doing business with Audi Salt Lake City for over 10 years but only with their Service Department which is really excellent -- the best service I have ever experienced anywhere!! Tony DeJulis has been my Service Advisor for nearly all of the 10 years and he has been absolutely terrific! I have purchased dozens of vehicles over the years and serviced all of them per the recommended schedule of the manufacturer. I've strayed from performing such service from the dealership, to highly recommended auto service repair shops, to independent specialists and personal clients of mine in the auto service repair business.
  As many of you know, "things happen" and diagnostics and repairs are often time challenging to pinpoint and resolve -- it's the nature of the business. As a business owner myself, I may understand this more than others. When my Audi had an oil leak issue, I was handcuffed into to needing to go to an Audi dealer to have it checked out and repaired, due to the existing warranty on my car. As a Provo resident, I was left with two choices. Ken Garff Audi in Orem or Strong Audi in Salt Lake City. The inconvenience of the distance from Provo to Salt Lake City made Ken Garff Audi in Orem seem most logical. However, based on negative feedback I received from associates of mine, I decided to drive to Stong Audi in Salt Lake City for my service. I have never been so impressed by the service, treatment and professionalism of Strong Audi. Matise Orton in the service department treated me like I was Stong Audi's most valuable client. The manner in which she handled this significant repair was so impressive that I have adamantly expressed these sentiments throughout my office with all of my employees as well as all of my friends. Although I hate having to deal with an auto repair, Matise Orton made my experience wonderful. Thank you Matise!!! Most excellent!"
